BASICS

All administration fees (nonrefundable) and selected service fees (unless stated otherwise) are due upon checkout.
Travel fees: only charged if location of event is outside of Carver, Hennepin, McLeod, Ramsey, Sherburne, or Wright counties in Minnesota.
Fees are collected and paid directly to each massage therapist(s) and are determined by whichever is greater:$1.50/mile per massage therapist to the requested location from each of their respective locations.
OR$49 flat travel fee per massage therapist.
Chair Massages: Based on selection, chair massage totals will vary but will include the administration fee (nonrefundable) and either
No massage fee (attendees pay on site for the chair massages, directly to the massage therapist before or after each massage).
50% of the total for the number of chair massages anticipated for the time booked (4/hour at 15 mins/person); attendees pay the other 50% directly to the massage therapist(s) before or after each chair massage.
100% of the total for the number of chair massages anticipated for the time booked (4/hour at 15 mins/person).
Full-Body Massage Therapy (onsite): An administration fee (nonrefundable) is required to book and hold the day that you desire to have onsite massage therapy.
Our massage therapists are independent and will charge their own rates for full-body massage therapy (onsite) events. This will either be charged individually to participants before or after each massage (massage therapist’s preference) or as a whole (e.g., corporate event) before or after the event (massage therapist’s preference).
Cash or Venmo Payment: If you would like to book and pay in cash or with Venmo, text (267) 658-5494.
Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from Ur Massage Therapist are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We work exclusively with professional massage therapists who are certified, insured, and, where applicable, are licensed according to the local requirements of the cities and municipalities in which they operate.
All therapists sent to events are independent contractors and are not employees of Ur Massage Therapist. They retain the right to determine their own scheduling, client base, and full-service offerings beyond the events booked here through our platform, managing their own business(es), and in the setting of their own pricing (for full-body massage therapy sessions), and have their own requirements for payment.
We encourage individuals who are impressed with their massage therapist at an event to seek them out for one-on-one massage sessions at their private practices or places of work.
Once you leave the Ur Massage Therapist website or domain to book or communicate directly with an independent massage therapist, Ur Massage Therapist is not legally responsible for any interactions, transactions, or services that occur outside of our platform.

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our therapists and clients. Any form of sexual misconduct, harassment, exploitation, or inappropriate behavior toward a massage therapist or from a massage therapist can result in immediate termination of the session or event from the massage therapist or from the client. Furthermore, legal action, including criminal prosecution and civil liability, will be pursued against any individual or organization found to have been mistreated or endangered by either a massage therapist or a client affiliated with Ur Massage Therapist during an onsite event booked through our platform.
We take these matters seriously and will not tolerate any behavior that compromises the safety, dignity, or well-being of our providers or guests.

48 < Hours: Customers may reschedule events for up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time via their appointment reminders, sent via email.
24 – 48 Hours: If rescheduling 24 - 48 hours before your scheduled event start time, please text (267) 658-5494. Include your full name, email, and the date and start time you would like to reschedule too.
24 > Hours: On a case-by-case basis we reserve the right to refuse any rescheduling that is requested 1 - 24 hours prior to the event start time. We (Ur Massage Therapist and their affiliates) reserve the right to keep in whole or in part the fees associated with the massage service itself, after the 24-hour mark, if we refuse to reschedule.

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated as a gesture of recognition for the massage therapist's time, skill, and service.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

Administration fees are nonrefundable
72 < Hours: If a cancellation is completed more than 72 hours before the start time of the event, customers may request a full refund of their massage fees or have it applied to a future event. Contact (267) 658-5494 or info@urmassagetherapist.com if you wish to hold your deposit for future use.
24 – 72 Hours: For cancellations made 24 - 72 hour(s) prior to the event start time, massage fees already collected will be forfeited unless the customer chooses to reschedule.
24 > Hours: For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the event, 100% of all funds, including administration fee, massage fees, deposits, gift certificates, subscriptions and massage package value(s), will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to change or amend this policy as needed, based on case-by-case circumstances

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online member center or by contacting us directly, (267) 658-5494.
Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, no additional charges will be made until you reactivate.
All other standard rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to subscription event bookings.

Service Quality and Outcomes
While we are committed to delivering high-quality care and professional service, Ur Massage Therapist makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the results of any massage modality, subscription, or related service. Massage therapy is a subjective experience, and individual responses will vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to medical history, physical condition, lifestyle, and frequency of care.By using our services, you acknowledge that:
Massage and complementary therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis by a licensed health care professional.
No assurance is made that pain, stress, tension, or other symptoms will be relieved after one or multiple sessions.
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions or concerns prior to receiving services.
Website Use and Digital Services
Ur Massage Therapist is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:Your use of, or inability to use, the website, scheduling software, or Member Center features.
Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components potentially transmitted through our website or third-party platforms.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy, security, and functionality of our digital tools, including third-party services such as Acuity Scheduling, Square, PayPal, and Squarespace. However, you agree to use these platforms at your own risk and are encouraged to review their respective privacy and security policies; links to their policies can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Ur Massage Therapist is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of actions, errors, or breaches by third-party services we integrate with (e.g., scheduling platforms, payment processors, website hosting providers). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. -
By using our website or booking services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ur Massage Therapist, its owner(s), massage therapists, team members, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses - including legal fees - arising from your use or misuse of our services, subscriptions, website, or any violation of these terms.
Once you leave the Ur Massage Therapist website or domain to book or communicate directly with an independent massage therapist, Ur Massage Therapist is not legally responsible for any interactions, transactions, or services that occur outside of our platform.

Flat rate booking: You are booking for the number of hours plus massage therapists chosen, whether or not all available slots are filled.

Not included in the flat rate: Travel fees; travel time, set up, tear-down, and breaks do not count towards your booked time and are not included in your payment.

Subscriptions: if you want to make chair massages a common occurrence at your place of work, business, gym, school, other location, or prescheduled events choose one of our subscriptions. Can cancel at any time via your member center or contact us at (267) 658-5494.
Confirmation: Whether you are booking us for a onetime event or are subscribing to regular chair massages, we will contact you 10 – 7 days prior to your event to confirm date(s) and event details.

Massage Therapists rates: Our massage therapists are independent and will charge their own rates for full-body massage therapy (onsite) events. This will either be charged individually to participants before or after each massage (massage therapist’s preference) or as a whole (e.g., corporate event) before or after the event (massage therapist’s preference).
Methods of payment: For administration fees you can pay Ur Massage Therapist via the website or via Venmo or cash (call 267-658-5494).
When paying for massage(s), it is up to the massage therapist(s) which payment methods they will accept. If you and/or your guests need a specific payment method, please contact us directly info@urmassagetherapist.com and we will make sure our massage therapist(s) offer(s) that mode of payment prior to sending them to your event.
Minimum Booking Requirements: For the convenience of our certified massage therapists, we have a 4-hour minimum requirement per massage therapist for all private, onsite events (e.g., for one massage therapist you can book four 60 mins. massages, three 90 mins. massages, or two 120 mins. massages; for two massage therapists you can book eight 60 mins. massages, six 90 mins. massages, or four 120 mins.). If you need less time, we recommend booking directly with a massage therapist at their place of business.
What do our massage therapist’s need onsite:
One-on-one: If each attendee is looking to get individually massaged, a room big enough to fit a massage table and the massage therapist is required. Please see our Minimum Booking Requirements above and Room sizes below.
Groups: If booking for couples or for friends who want to get massaged at the same time (4 person max) ensure that the location offers a room that can fit 2 - 4 massage tables and 2 - 4 massage therapists who can move around the tables. Please see our Minimum Booking Requirements above and Room sizes below
Room sizes:
1 massage therapist: 10’ x 12’ (120 sq ft)
2 massage therapists: 12’ x 16’ (192 sq ft)
3 massage therapists: 14’ x 18’ (252 sq ft)
4 massage therapists 16’ x 20’ (320 sq ft)
Prepping and tear down: Ideally the massage therapist(s) need easy access to a bathroom or a sink as part of preparing and cleaning up before and in-between massage sessions.
What do our massage therapists bring:
1 massage table per massage therapist
Linens (a clean set for each massage being given)

The Member Center is a subscriber-only section of the website designed to streamline your booking experience and provide quick access to support. By accessing and using the Member Center, you agree to the following:
Security Reminder and Personal Use:
Personal Account Use Only: Access to the Member Center is for the individual subscriber only. Accounts may not be shared or used by others.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. It is recommended that you use a strong password and do not share your credentials. Ur Massage Therapist is not liable for any unauthorized account usage.
USE OF CODES

Limited-Time Offers: All discounts, promotions, and special offers are available for a limited time and are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
No Retroactive Discounts: Discounts or promotions cannot be applied to past purchases, bookings, or subscriptions.
Exclusions May Apply: Certain services, packages, or subscription plans may not be eligible for discounts or promotions. Terms will be specified at the time of the offer.
One Discount Per Transaction: Only one discount, promotion, or coupon code may be applied per purchase. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Non-Transferable: Discounts and promotional codes are non-transferable and must be used by the recipient to whom they were issued.
Subject to Change: Ur Massage Therapist reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any discount, sale, or promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in any promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

General Terms: Gift cards purchased from Ur Massage Therapist are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Events booked using gift cards are subject to the standard rescheduling and cancellation policies. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the gift card’s value in whole or in part.
Transferability: The code is transferable to another person but retains its original value.
